How to read a Shopping List: List Two: List Overview
By Budiak
This second list is a bit more complicated than our tragic original list. First, take a look at the list.
The most obvious fact about this list is that it was made by a woman. Not only that, but it
was made by a shamelessly hip woman. Note the neo-kitschy design and the dark pastel palette.
Coupled with the self-aware title of the stationary, 'The To Do List Pad', our shopper
has fallen prey to the zeitgeist of categorizing one's life through explicit product
titling. Also, unlike the first list, this list contains a litany of twists and turns,
so it was a more interesting study of character.
Now that you've seen the list, we'll dive right into the list. This is structured a
little differently from the first list, as I am constantly experimenting with new
ways of constructing my delivery. Let's begin.
